Product Manufacturing Technology
- Cold Working: Increases tensile strength with wire rods made of low carbon steel SAE1008 to 1015 (IS7887 Grade 3/7).
- Ribbing: Better bond with concrete and controls cracks. Mainly useful for overhang regions of weld mesh.
- Electric Fusion Welding: Semi‑automatic precise welding machine delivering calculated welds using heat & electrical resistance.
